Together, these pioneers in functional medicine merged their knowledge and experiences to tackle the perils of weight gain and obesity. A phase II and III savvy recipe. Number of Servings: 6 Ingredients 550g lean ground turkey breast 6 Nut Thin crackers, crumbled 50g non fat cottage cheese ½ t. oregano ½ t. Italian seasoning 1 T. dry minced onion ½ t. dry minced garlic 1 ½ t. dry parsley flakes Salt and pepper Green leafy veggies Directions Pour cottage cheese over melba toast.
